New Student Registration
Please open the following link to enroll your child and complete the online registration. You must also scan all the required documents and email those to Jasmine Garcia at [email protected]. Your child is not registered until the online registration is completed and all the necessary documents have been received by Maple Hill.
ONLY THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN CAN REGISTER THE CHILD.
