Principal's Message

Welcome to Maple Hill Elementary – Home of the HAWKS!

Dear Maple Hill Families,

Welcome to another exciting school year at Maple Hill Elementary School! I am honored to serve as your principal and am thrilled to welcome both new and returning families to our school community.

My name is Ms. McNeil, and Maple Hill has been my home since 2004, when I began my career here as a classroom teacher. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving our students and families in many roles, and it is truly an honor to now lead the school that has meant so much to me throughout my career.

This year, our theme is "The Happiest School on Earth!" Inspired by the magic of imagination, kindness, and possibility, we are committed to creating a school where every child feels welcomed, valued, and excited to learn each day. As Walt Disney once said, "If you can dream it, you can do it." – Walt Disney

At Maple Hill, we believe every child has unlimited potential. Our dedicated teachers and staff work together to provide meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, encourage creativity, and help every student grow academically, socially, and emotionally. We are proud to cultivate Kind Hearts, Strong Minds, Brave Spirits, and Hawk Pride in everything we do.

Our mission is to provide every student with a stellar education that meets their individual needs in a safe, caring, and inclusive environment. We strive to ignite hearts, encourage brave spirits, challenge young minds, and empower students with the skills and confidence to make a positive difference in the world.

Maple Hill has a long tradition of excellence. We are proud to be a recipient of the California Gold Ribbon School Award, a two-time California Distinguished School, and a nationally recognized PBIS Platinum School. These honors reflect our commitment to academic excellence while fostering a positive school culture where every student feels connected, supported, and successful.

As we begin the 2026–2027 school year, I look forward to partnering with our families, staff, and community to make this our best year yet. Together, we will continue building a school where students love to learn, families feel connected, and every child knows they belong.

Thank you for entrusting us with your children each day. We are excited to welcome you to The Happiest School on Earth!

If I can ever be of assistance, please don't hesitate to contact me at [email protected] or call our office at (909) 861-6224.

With Hawk Pride,
Ms. Kim McNeil
